in canada, proline has a straight line for teams to cover. in basketball, for a team to have 'won' they must score at least 6 points more than the other team. anything less is considered a 'tie' .

for football, the magic number for a 'win' is 4 points. 3 or less is a tie.

i can't win ever, but i've been getting within points every night i play since i've been frequenting this forum. tickets are like lotto tickets, and cost $2-25.
you must pick between 3-6 games.

It is not a good move to play Pro-line unless the odds are significantly "off".
The pro-line juice is robbery compared to vegas lines.

Why volunteer to pay tax?

Throw some money offshore and you will see a huge difference.

ie. With Pro-line UCLA is -500 (1.20) to win by 4+ points.
With vegas/offshore UCLA is -500 (1.20) to just win the game

Here in Oregon, we have a state sponsored lotto NFL parlay card. 3/3 pays 5-1, 4/4 10-1, 5/5 up to 14/14 are based on pari-mutual payout system. I wish the state of Oregon would look into making this year around like what you fellas have up there in Canada. Would love to have Baseball, Hockey, NBA, College, on a daily year around basis.
